Double Gold! Reformation Coffee Liqueur Scores 97 at SFWSC

We are absolutely thrilled to share some massive news with the Reformation family! Our Coffee Liqueur just took home a Double Gold Medal at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, earning a phenomenal score of 97.

As one of the largest and most influential blind spirits competitions in the world, getting a Double Gold means our team’s dedication to quality truly stood out. Of course, a world-class coffee liqueur starts with world-class coffee – which is why this win belongs just as much to our friends at Alma Coffee. Their incredible, locally roasted beans are the heart and soul of this recipe.

We couldn’t have done this without amazing partners and your support. Swing by the taproom or grab a bottle online to taste what a 97-score award winner tastes like! Cheers!

“Recognition from not only the US Spirits Open, but also the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in the same year, is a testament to the hard work, consistency, and dedication of our incredible production team. From collaborating locally on ingredients to maintaining our commitment to small-batch processes, we’ve always believed our Coffee Liqueur was something truly special. To see it earn this level of recognition (especially alongside our award-winning portfolio of beers) is incredibly rewarding. I couldn’t be more proud of everyone at Reformation, and we’re honored to bring home this Double Gold distinction.”

— Ryan Morley-Stockton, COO

“To see our crew’s dedication recognized with a double gold medal for our Coffee Liqueur is deeply humbling. Winning something like this with our friends at Alma Coffee is certainly one of those awesome moments we all love to celebrate. But the real beauty lies in the quiet, everyday work that got us here.

It is so easy to get lost in the grind of building a business, putting our heads down and working on the tasks of running it. But this collaboration and recognition reflect the authentic alignment of our crew’s values, who fundamentally believe in creating spaces for people to connect and crafting products that are simply the best in class.”

— Spencer, CEO/Cofounder

Fortunately @rocksolidbrewingco had a couple left and I was able to make it there today for a pint of the Shamrocks & Shenanigans and a @gacraftbrewersguild Beer Day Glass. #drinklocalga #drinklocalbeer #gabeerguide

Spent a week in Amsterdam for my real job and disc Spent a week in Amsterdam for my real job and discovered this amazing stout by @twochefsbrewing (first it's awesome that they have such a vibrant and diverse brewery scene there, second it's awesome that you can buy single cans in the grocery for 2,50 euros).

We loved it so much that we were excited to find it in duty free at the airport on our way out. I wish they shipped to the US, I'd buy more.
